So exciting, your big day is almost here! You’re probably up to your eyeballs in all that final wedding planning faff but I promise, this is all I need from you. And hopefully it won’t take you too long to fill out!

My wedding details form means I can have all the important details in one place – the timings, the addresses and a bit of a “who’s who”. The more I know about your wedding in advance the better….it means I won’t be asking you questions on the day!

Please fill it out and send it back to me at least 2 weeks before your wedding day (sooner if you can!). Once I’ve got it back I’ll use the info to put together my timeline for the day, so I know where to be and when.

I don’t film whilst people are eating and if possible I would love a hot meal at this point (no dietary requirements).

Please don’t worry about sitting me with your guests, I’ll be running around charging batteries/backing up cards/shooting extra footage. I’m happy to be seated in a nearby bar area (so I don’t miss anything) and just the main course or a bar meal is fine.

If it’s not possible don’t worry, just give me a heads up and I’ll be sure to bring something on the day or find somewhere to nip out to.

Please let me know your supplier details – photographer / entertainment / outfits / wedding planner / cake / caterers / celebrant etc. Just so I can say hi ahead of the day!
